Getting to Greenfield
From the North
or South, take Interstate 91
(which runs N & S between Connecticut &
Vermont) to Exit 26.
From the East or
West,
you will have to
choose
between Route 2 and the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90).
On the Mass Pike,
take Exit 4 and then I-91 North to Exit 26.
On Route 2 from the East,
merge onto I-91 South, but only to the next Exit which is
Exit 26.
On Route 2 from the West,
simply pass under I-91(on the rotary) and continue heading East
into Greenfield.
Getting to the Church
From Exit 26
All approaches
suggested here meet at the rotary (traffic circle) at Exit #26
on Interstate 91. Those who are traveling Northbound on I-91 just
exit and immediately bear right. All others follow the rotary under
the highway and then bear right. This is the street where the Church
is, but it is not yet named "Main Street" -- for it is the Mohawk
Trail for about another half mile.
Go straight through
two stop lights.
It becomes "Main
Street" at the top of the hill when Holy Trinity’s steeple (see
upper left corner of this page) comes
into view. As you drive, watch for the Rite Aid Pharmacy on the right.
Just after Cohn Real
Estate is a pair of driveways leading to church parking.
Street parking is also usually available, but it is metered Monday -
Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
